Mikaela Watkins , Instructor [email protected]
Ms. Mikaela is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Bucknell University. There, she studied Biology/Pre-Med, Dance, and Spanish, and her passion for dance was ignited as she performed with and choreographed for the Bucknell Dance Company. Ms. Mikaela's love for the art has led her to study dance and choreography in Italy, as well as to perform professionally with Core Project Chicago (IL) and NetCo Dance Company (PA). Most recently, she directed two outdoor dance benefits raising donations for mission work in Guatemala, where she served as a college student. She enjoys teaching students of all ages, and focuses on holistic learning, technical excellence, and self-expression; she believes that no matter the level, dance should change a student's life and impact who they are outside of the studio walls. Ms. Mikaela enjoys art in all its forms, outdoor adventures, dancing with TR Dance Ensemble, and spending time with her husband, Colton.
